Conflict resolution and management skills are vital to daily living. In order to empower organizations and individuals to effectively work through conflicts when they arise, APADRC offers conflict management training and group facilitation services. Different examples of the types of training we offer are:
- Conflict management in the workplace
- Cross-cultural communications workshop
- Diffusing conflicts
APADRC tailors each training to the circumstances of the agency, taking into account the organization's mission, structure and constituency.
APADRC charges $200/ hour (per trainer) for training, and $125/ hour for consultation and prep work. All fees are subject to a sliding scale, depending on the budget of the organization. Non-profit rates are available.
