Annual API Leaders Group reception at the Getty House

Asian/Pacific Islander leaders from throughout Southern California attended a reception to network and
recognize June Lagmay who was appointed as Los Angeles City Clerk.  She is the first Asian/Pacific
Islander to be appointed to the position.  The API Leaders Group is led by Paula Daniels, a Commissioner
for the City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works and by Stewart Kwoh, President and Executive
Director of the Asian Pacific American Legal Center.
